How buying from Seven Sky works.
The offers page says what each offer includes. This page says who you are buying from, how you pay, when the work arrives, and what happens if it does not.
Who you are buying from
Seven Sky LLC, a limited liability company in Virginia, United States. On Stripe's payment page and receipt it appears as Seven Sky Consulting.
Mohamed (Moe) Chizari, CEO & Chief AI Architect. moe@sevenskyconsulting.com, (919) 768-3090.
The price
Each offer has one fixed price in US dollars, shown on the offers page. No retainer and no hourly meter.
The price that applies is the one shown on the day you pay, or the day we agree the work.
Two ways to buy
By card. You pay on Stripe's page. We then write to the email address you gave, to set the date of the call or to confirm the delivery date.
By invoice. You send a request from the offers page, or you call or write. A request is not a payment and not a contract. We reply to agree a date, and nothing is owed until the work is agreed. One invoice follows: after the call for the setup, on delivery for the site check and the data story.
A free 30-minute call can be booked first. It commits you to nothing.
When the work arrives
Chief-of-staff setup: one 90-minute video call on a date we agree, then two weeks of follow-up questions by message.
Site check and data story: five working days, counted from your card payment, or from the day we agree the work if you pay by invoice.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver, a card payment is returned in full. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
If you chose to pay by invoice, no invoice is sent for work that was not delivered.
What we need from you
Chief-of-staff setup: your own Claude or ChatGPT, and the accounts you choose to connect. What each assistant can connect to is set by its maker and changes. We work with what your plan allows, and say so before the call if something you want is not possible.
Site check: the address of one website. The check reads its public pages.
Data story: one question that named public data can answer. You post the result; we do not post for you.
What you keep
The skill file and the written checklist; the report and the fix list; the picture, the film, the captions, the data file and the sources. What is delivered to you is yours to keep and use.
The free tools
The builder and the site check are free and need no account. The free check is a program's reading of a site's public pages on the day you run it. It is not the paid report.
Please check a site once, not in a loop.
The products that are not for sale yet
The products page lists goods that are built and not for sale yet. They have no price, and nothing on that page can be bought today.
The previews and the samples there are free. Taking one commits you to nothing.
A vote on which to finish first is a show of hands. It is not an order, and it commits nobody to anything.

If these terms change, the date below changes. The terms shown on the day you paid, or the day we agreed the work, are the ones that apply to that work.
