Since 2025 Moe Chizari has run Seven Sky, where he builds grounded AI assistants, document workflows and decision analytics.

From 2016 to 2017, as an operations research analyst at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, he built the benefit-cost analysis behind the DHS counter-WMD consolidation, which Congress later set in law as the CWMD Office.
