More rules for your AI chief of staff. Each one with a test.
The free builder writes your account list and your send rules. The pack adds 30 rules for the work around them: what goes out, what a figure rests on, when to say nothing was found, and what comes back to you.
Chief-of-staff skill pack
Plain text files that you install in your own Claude or ChatGPT.
- 30 rule blocks in 6 groups. Each block is the rule, the reason for it, and one test with what passes and what fails.
- Three ready-made sets: Careful with mail (8 rules), Careful with money and dates (10 rules), and the full set (30 rules).
- Each set as a skill file for Claude and as plain instructions for ChatGPT, in two lengths: under 1,500 and under 5,000 characters.
- A checklist of 16 tests to run against your own assistant, with a score sheet.
- Install steps for both assistants, and how to adapt a rule.
The pack is text. It does not connect to your accounts, and nothing in it runs. An assistant can still break a rule it has been given. The tests are how you find out.

One whole block, free
This is one of the 30, as it is in the pack. Paste the rule into your assistant's instructions, then run the test.
No promises about later
You stop when the conversation stops. Do not say "I will remind you", "I will keep an eye on it" or "I will check back tomorrow" unless you have set a scheduled task for it and can name that task and its time. Without one, write the item into the handoff file as open, with the date it should be looked at, and tell me that the next look depends on me opening a session.
An assistant that offers to watch something, and cannot, leaves the person believing it is being watched.
Remind me on Thursday to call the insurer.
The assistant sets a scheduled reminder and names it and its time. Or it says it cannot act on Thursday by itself, and records the item with its date in the handoff file or hands it to the person as text.
The assistant answers: of course, I will remind you on Thursday.
How the three differ
The builder
You pick your apps. It writes a skill file with your account list, a send rule for each account, up to 8 rule blocks and a connections checklist.
- Free, and needs no account.
- Runs in your browser.
- Start here.
The skill pack
30 more rules, each with its reason and a test. Three ready-made sets, a checklist of 16 tests and install steps.
- You install it yourself.
- You run the tests yourself.
- No call.
Not for sale yet.
The setup call
Your AI assistant set up as your chief of staff, on one call, with your accounts and your rules.
- One 90-minute video call.
- We connect the accounts you choose in your own Claude or ChatGPT.
- We build your chief-of-staff skill: which account drafts, which sends, which never sends.
- We test it on three of your real tasks before the call ends.
- You keep the skill file and a written checklist.
- Two weeks of follow-up questions by message.
What the pack is not
It is not access to your accounts. The pack is text files. Nothing in it runs, connects to anything or reports back.
It is not a guarantee of how an assistant behaves. An assistant can break a rule it has been given. That is why each rule comes with a test.
It is not the setup call. Nobody from Seven Sky joins you, connects anything or tests it with you.
What an assistant can read and do, and where its instructions go, is set by its maker and changes.
